Demigraph® Graphite Foil

Demigraph® Graphite Foil is crafted from natural graphite flakes through advanced chemical and thermal processing, followed by precision rolling on automated lines without the use of binders. The production process involves continuous, non-destructive monitoring of density, thickness, and material homogeneity both along and across the rolling line, ensuring the highest quality of the foil and the products derived from it.

Industrial and High-Spec Grades:

  • Industrial Grades: Offer a dependable and cost-effective solution for various applications.
  • High-Spec Grades: Designed for oxidizing, corrosive, and high-temperature environments, as well as adherence to nuclear industry standards.

Key Features and Properties

  • High Purity: Up to 99.9% carbon content.
  • Corrosion-Free: All grades are sulfur-free.
  • Longevity: No aging effect, suitable for long-term applications.
  • High Tensile Strength: 5.0 MPa (725 psi) for high-volume production.

Applications

  • Manufacturing of spiral wound, kammprofile, and corrugated gaskets, braided packings, and rings.
  • Utilized in power generation, chemical, oil, and gas industries.
  • Suitable for oxidizing and corrosive environments (Demigraph® C).
  • Applicable in the nuclear industry (Demigraph® D).

Operating Range

  • Temperature: -195°C to 450°C (-319°F to 842°F); in steam up to 650°C (1202°F).
