Pure DEMIGRAPH® graphite foil rolled from natural graphite flakes without binders, supplied in 1000 mm width and 50 m length. Rated from -195°C to 450°C (up to 650°C in steam), sulphur-free with no ageing effect. Used to manufacture spiral wound, kammprofile and corrugated gaskets, braided packings and rings, with grades for industrial, corrosive and nuclear service.

Demigraph® Graphite Foil
Demigraph® Graphite Foil is crafted from natural graphite flakes through advanced chemical and thermal processing, followed by precision rolling on automated lines without the use of binders. The production process involves continuous, non-destructive monitoring of density, thickness, and material homogeneity both along and across the rolling line, ensuring the highest quality of the foil and the products derived from it.
Industrial and High-Spec Grades:
- Industrial Grades: Offer a dependable and cost-effective solution for various applications.
- High-Spec Grades: Designed for oxidizing, corrosive, and high-temperature environments, as well as adherence to nuclear industry standards.
