Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer the following return policy:

1. Returns

• Acceptable Time Frame: We accept returns for any reason within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, as received.   

3. Return Shipping

• If the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be sent using a fully insured, traceable postage method.

4. Refunds

• Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 days (specify the timeline for refund processing).
