DEMIGRAPH® Type P1 graphite foil gasket reinforced with a 0.1 mm tanged 316 stainless steel insert, pre-cut to ASA150 raised-face flange dimensions in 1.5 mm thickness. Rated from -195°C to 450°C (up to 650°C in steam), meeting DIN 3535-6 leakage requirements. Suits flange connections in chemical, petrochemical, processing and steam-system service.

DEMIGRAPH® Type P1 Graphite Sheets

Overview: DEMIGRAPH® Type P1 Graphite Sheets are engineered from a range of DEMIGRAPH® graphite foils, further reinforced with a 0.1 mm (0.004") thick tanged 316 stainless steel insert. This construction enhances surface load capabilities and blow-out safety, providing reliable long-term service across various industrial fluid sealing applications. The sheets are designed to perform exceptionally well under severe thermal and pressure fluctuations.
